Our very first Video of the Week (VOTW)!

Welcome to the Apochromatik blog!  One of the regular features we’re introducing is the video of the week.

We know you’re busy and probably don’t have the time to spend hours reading or listening to personal development books.  That’s part of why we love videos, whether Ted Talks or from some other source.  They’re easy to watch when you’re on the subway or bus, squeezing in time on the treadmill, eating lunch at your desk (we’ve been there), or just find yourself with a few minutes between meetings.  In the coming months, we’ll be featuring one video each week.  They’ll be short — our first one clocks in at just 6 minutes and 14 seconds long! — but are selected to be meaningful, helpful, and inspiring.

If you have suggestions for videos we should feature in future posts, please post them in the comments.

Our first video is from TEDx Toronto 2010, where Drew Dudley presented on everyday leadership and the opportunities we all have to improve each other’s lives through “lollipop moments.”  Take a look, and let us know what you think in the comments.
