Giving feedback can be complicated and a missed opportunity,  which is why we are often hired to teach supervisors how to give meaningful and effective feedback.  It’s also the topic for this week’s Video of the Week and blog post.  In this week’s video, in less than three minutes Michael Mauboussin, author of The Success Equation, shares four tips to help you give meaningful feedback.
